Solicitor Josef Lythe Earns Accreditation

Josef Lythe has earned the Lifetime Lawyer accreditation after successful completion of the learning assignment.

As part of membership to the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, Josef, a solicitor in our Wills, Probate and Trust team, undertook the training to expand his skill-set as part of a proactive approach to his own learning and personal development.

This has meant he has taken on additional specialist training to enhance the client care he can offer.

Josef said: “I am very proud to have become an Accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers.

“I have undergone further training to achieve this and had to pass two exams.

“This accreditation recognises my experience in this area of law and ability to provide crucial legal advice to vulnerable and older clients, and also anyone else who wants to plan ahead for later life.”

Lakshmi Turner, Chief Executive of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, said: “When it comes to planning ahead for later life, getting the right advice is essential.

“An Accredited Lifetime Lawyer is an expert in this area of the law and understands the wider, often sensitive, issues around health, care and family that may need consideration.

“Lifetime Lawyers understand the issues affecting older and vulnerable clients and follow a strict code of practice with respect and dignity at its heart.”

Congratulations to Josef, who will now put this additional training to helping our clients seeking assistance in Wills, Probate or Trusts.
